The
adult learners who attend the computer and English language courses of LearnAid
conducted in Kuwait are major contributors to MiniSchols.
Children from different ethnic and religious
backgrounds, in various geographical locations benefit from the scheme.
At
present, we help children in Hingurukaduwa (Moneragala District) and Kadurupitiya
(Anuradhapura District).
'MiniSchols' helps selected children buy their school needs.
Through
the grant of a regular sum of money, the 'MiniSchols' scheme assists deserving
students in their education by helping them to buy their school needs.
The
children are selected by our local contact persons in consultation with their
